By placing an order with EMERGING TECHNO KART PRIVATE LIMITED (“we,” “our,” “us”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. These terms may be updated at any time without prior notice, and any changes will apply to future transactions.
Product Information & Pricing
- All product descriptions and prices are displayed at the time of your order.
- Products are subject to availability and may be updated without prior notice.
- If an item is unavailable or the price changes after you place an order, we will inform you and give you the option to proceed or cancel for a full refund.
- Products are not supplied on a trial basis. It is your responsibility to ensure compatibility and suitability before purchase.
Delivery & Shortages
- Delivery charges will apply unless otherwise stated.
- If the delivery date changes, you may cancel your order and receive a full refund.
- If delivery is attempted but you are unavailable to receive the order, additional delivery charges may apply.
- Delivery dates are provided in good faith and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays beyond our control.
- Upon delivery, inspect your order and note any shortages or damages on the delivery slip.
- Damaged or missing items must be reported within 1 day of delivery.
- If you have not received your order within 5 days, contact us immediately. Failure to notify us within 10 days may prevent resolution, as courier claims are time-sensitive.
Warranty & Returns
- Unless otherwise stated, products are covered by a 12-month manufacturer warranty.
- Warranty claims may require you to work directly with the manufacturer.
- All returns must be authorized by our service team; unauthorized returns may be refused.
- Software products are non-returnable unless faulty or misdescribed, and must remain sealed if applicable.
- Items tested and found to have no fault may incur a testing or handling charge.
- Keep proof of dispatch for all returns until confirmed received by us.
- Returned goods must be in original packaging and condition.
Faulty Products
Dead on Arrival (DOA) – Within 7 Days
- Contact our support team immediately to troubleshoot before returning, as many issues can be resolved without return.
- If confirmed faulty, we will arrange a replacement or repair.
- Products returned with no fault may incur restocking or handling charges.
Item Not as Described
- If you receive an incorrect item, contact us for a free return and replacement.
Data Protection
We take reasonable precautions to protect your personal and payment information. However, unless caused by our negligence, we are not responsible for unauthorized access to your data.
Errors & Omissions
While we strive for accuracy, errors may occur. We reserve the right to correct mistakes without prior notice.
