Delivery and Returns
At TechStocker (operated by EMERGING TECHNO KART PRIVATE LIMITED), we take pride in offering only 100% genuine, first-party products—sourced directly from official brands or their verified distributors.
We understand that in rare cases, issues may arise. Whether you’re a D2C customer or a B2B client, our priority is to ensure your complete satisfaction.
1. Returns & Replacements
1.1 If You Receive a Damaged or Defective Product
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or not matching your original purchase, please contact our Customer Support team immediately: Email: support@techstocker.in

We must be notified within 24 hours of delivery for damage-related claims, as courier companies will not entertain such requests beyond this period.
1.2 Faulty Products
a) Dead On Arrival (DOA – up to 7 days from delivery)
If your product is faulty on arrival, we recommend contacting the manufacturer’s technical support first, as many issues can be resolved through troubleshooting.
If confirmed defective, we will arrange a free replacement or return once we receive the manufacturer’s return authorization or DOA code.
Note: Items returned with “no fault found” may be subject to a restocking/handling fee.
b) Item Not as Described
In the rare event you receive a product not matching its description, email support@techstocker.in with your order details. We will arrange a free pickup and send the correct item.
c) Faulty Beyond 7 Days
If your product develops a fault after the initial 7-day DOA period, it will be covered under the manufacturer’s warranty. Please contact the brand’s service center directly.
2. Warranty
All TechStocker products come with a minimum 1-year brand warranty (unless otherwise stated on the product page).
This excludes issues caused by physical damage, water damage, neglect, misuse, or normal wear & tear.

3. Returns Processing Time
Once your returned item reaches our facility, it can take up to 5 working days to process your refund or replacement.
During peak seasons, processing may take slightly longer.
4. Delivery Policy
4.1 Delivery Options
- Next Working Day Delivery (select cities) – if order placed & paid before 2 PM (Mon–Sat)
- Free Standard Delivery – within 2–3 working days in metro cities
4.2 Delivery Timeframes
We strive to deliver within the estimated window shown at checkout. If we fail to deliver within this timeframe (and you provided accurate address/contact details), we will refund your delivery fee.
4.3 Order Status
- Processing – Order confirmed & sent to warehouse (dispatch within 1–2 business days)
- Shipped – Tracking details sent via email for real-time updates
If you haven’t received your delivery within 5 days, please contact us immediately. Claims beyond 10 days from order date may not be eligible for investigation.
5. Logistics Partners
We work with trusted shipping providers like DTDC, Delhivery, BlueDart, to ensure safe and timely deliveries. In the rare event of transit damage, we will coordinate with the courier partner to resolve your case promptly.
6. Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement, provided they haven’t been communicated to the brand/vendor. Refunds are processed within 2 business days to your original payment method.
Once the order has been dispatched, cancellations are subject to our returns policy.
